Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Change of Mind Returns (Item is Not Faulty)
If you decide you no longer want an item (e.g., wrong size, color, or your pet simply changed their mind), you are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price under the following conditions:

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
